haha. see told already the director will never support minority shareholder one. haha. now is about same price as hlt and market cap only 30% more than hlt haha. now is about the price i am willing to take my first entry finally
Neutralist, I did point out earlier why the major shareholder is not in a hurry to buy up his own shares(see details below).
I like your style, very gentlemanly and patient in your approach. We get your vote of confidence for this counter finally. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- John1234 Aug 12, 2021 8:43 AM
Technically he accumulate his shares at below 1.80 { before the share split 2 :1 } which translate his holding cost at anything betw 50 - 60 sen. No wonder he keep on selling and disposing
Jonathan, I want to correct your misconception: Based on Bursa filings, major shareholder Ong Choo Meng only sold his own shares in Apr this year at prices above RM 1.4. Since then, there has been nil announcement of his further selling or buying.
The Rubberex operator is the one that trades(buys and sells) the shares on a daily basis. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jonathan Keung Technically he accumulate his shares at below 1.80 { before the share split 2 :1 } which translate his holding cost at anything betw 50 - 60 sen. There are so many counters at Bursa much worse than Rubberex. Why don't you go around "shitting" everywhere??? Hahahaha...
From now on, I will not waste time on a loser and his "shitty" comments!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- No need talk so much. At the end, Ruberex is a shit counter. If drop, drop a lot. If up. It will stay stagnant.
Shareholders all selling. They don’t give dividend, what also don’t give.
John1234 yes i disliked the director but every counter has a price. Thanks for sharing opinion now and then my friend. My first entry is 40% level at .785. My second entry will only be below 70 cents and last entry would only be nearing 60 cents. But only if they happen to drop to that level. last qr cash is at about 170m with almost no debt. recent PP would increase the cash level to 260m or abt 35% of market cap. That should be comfortable level of cash to complete the 7.5b extra capacity and operating at comfortable level. i believe this entry point is a fair entry.
smyang11 maybe you are right. i suggest you look at big 4 for dividend and if you want a safer option. our entry is based on observation and own risk profile. everybody has different appetite at different level.
Neutralist, welcome onboard, we can then have more quality inputs from another perspective. This forum will provide a useful platform for us to share more info on the company...
Hi Neutralist, you are right. I think share price will reflect once production has been completed for the 7.5 billion output. What’s preventing share price from going up is the reduction of ASP.
Now ASP hasn’t normalized yet, hence a lot of funds are hesitating to enter. When asp will be normalized? No one knows yet.
For those who need to know only.... In the absence of any fresh lead, the operator is most probably trading(buying + selling) in this new narrow range of 77.5 sen to 80.5 sen, pending the release of its last quarter's result.
Pls consider the prod volume will increase from 2.5B to 10B next year which is 300% more. Means even the ASP drop 50%, the profit still maintain or better than current quarter.
If able to maintain 90M profit by quarter, then yearly EPS will be 40 cents. At current price, 0.785, the PE ratio will be 2. Just be patient to hold the shares if you are using extra money to invest. Don't drop to the trap of syndicate & rushing sell the share at cheaper price if you still thinking to cut loss. This is just my opinion. The money is yours, you should manage it wisely.
Result is expected to be good for the last quarter, as it would also include a realization of an investment gain from the resale of its treasury shares last quarter by the management.
But what matters more is what the management has to say about the company's performance, its business plan and prospect(including the ASP expected).
If they have something extra(eg dividend, free renounceable warrant) to announce, that would be a bonus. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- smyang11 Hi John, what do you think of their result?
In fact, major shareholder Hextar/Ong Choo Meng sold 110m shares in Apr this year at prices above RM 1.4 during hot market period. Which is 14% of total hold shares. Share holding from 51% drop to 37%. As what I can said, Ong Choo Meng is smart to play in share market by buy/sell the share in order to control the Ruberex with lowest buying price. Now, he continue using the same tactic to push down the share price & accumulate when price continue drop to his target price. He will said thank you to retailers who help to push down the share price by frequently buy in the share & cut loss at lowest price.
If you think the price will drop further, don't buy now. Pls setup the target price 0.7, 0,6 or 0.5 to buy in. Once bought, don't sell until hitting your target selling price. keep for at least one year. If you think Ruberex will bankrupt within one year. then don't buy & keep away from this company.
John1234 i would expect the QR would churn around 55m-65m range. i am a bit more conservative. with increased number of share it will equates to 6-7 cents in earning per share. which is still good in my view for the company size.
And reason i am buying at .785 and ruberex at this price is because i think at current price it makes it attractive either to benefit from the expansion in capacity future profit or a very good acquisition target should bigger player or overseas player looking to acquire into the sector.
Neutralist, in the 1st quarter 2021 report, the company's profit was at 86.6m and EPS was 10.44 sen. Given that gloves demand was still strong in the 2nd quarter, I believe profit and EPS figures would be higher than what you have estimated conservatively.
The report will be out in a couple of days. Let the report speak for itself.
John1234 my deduction is because we can see apart from Kossan and Harta, other glove has peaked their earning in 1Q 2021. So my deduction is using ASP similar to TG. And last Q is operating at full capacity.
Hence a more conservative prediction. i could be wrong. lets see the report in few days. i do hope they reward holders with some dividend.
Neutralist, I like your prudent and conservative approach. This will allow a safety margin for any judgmental errors. Looking at the trading vol this morning, we can tell that the operator is trading in a tight range too before the announcement.
i notice yesterday got 2 big wave at 0.785, they wait enough queue at 0.785 then direct throw.... worry they will throw more.... good QR also not means share will up in malaysia =.=''' like harta when QR out is drop drop drop until recent pickup back. lol....
This is usually "the calm before the storm". Prices can go either way, up or down more in a wider range after the result release, depending on how the market(as dictated by the big boys) interprets the result. So, on the safer side, never try to bet on any corporate result before its release.
After some retreat, the play today is on steel counters.
Overall, if you can hold for 5 years, welcome to invest in glove. The glove counters will take a long time to recover. As you can see from the price, it is ranging and love in a very small tick for many many months.
Prices tend to move marginally higher at the close or supported prior to matching time. Otherwise prices tend to drift lower without any supportive action.
Yes, you brought up a good point, which I had highlighted before. From my analysis, I could deduce that the operator was buying(or covering) back at closing the Rubberex shares that he had sold earlier to press down prices. But he was not able to collect enough shares from our poor investors before matching time to cover the amount sold!
What a strategy that the operator has been using to "con" people into selling their shares everyday and a lot of naive-thinking investors thought there was really so much selling everyday!!! Market is not as simple as we see it. ============================================================================= Plantermen Prices tend to move marginally higher at the close or supported prior to matching time. Bgt 9963, you have been going around the forum wishing people good luck. Yes, thank you! We need plenty of good luck and wisdom to deal with this invisible enemy - the market operator!
