Nobody can predict the future..... But for commercial property investment and new shopping mall it really needs a long time to mature & recover back to its hey day { before the pandemic outbreak} . Look at the overhang supply and gluts of incoming bigger malls in the klang Valley. Empire City at Damansara is facing multiple challenges.

New highly infectious Omicron sub-variant cases were identified in Israel and UK. But the UK daily Express cites a report in the Business Standard that claims that this variant contains more mutations than Omicron and that it may be more violent.

Israel's state media Kan reported that the sub-variant has also been observed in Denmark, Australia, Canada, China, India, and Singapore, which suspected originated from India.

Last year 1,000 pcs of non medical gloves selling betw 75- 85 USD. Current spot prices for gloves FOB at around USD 35-40

What's worrying Rubbrex Board holding 240 Million cash never paid out a single sen to thier minorities suffering shareholders {unlike TGlove, Supermax, Kossan or Harta} . when they are making big profit in the last 2 years. Instead they buy into the uncompleted mall for 181 Million { a 20% stake in the Empire City Mall} looks like Rubbrex may increased further their stake to complete the Mall. The Shopping mall project is one part of the Mamorth Empire Damansara development. For equity accounting Rubbrex need to upp their stake....but unless they raise additional funds thru private placement or rights etc
