We saw VS & SKP actively engaged with Andy Hall, the main problem maker, to create good working relationships & reduce misunderstanding, or perhaps, misconception.

What has this ATA done? Has ATA communicated with Andy Hall for solution?

In its most recent response, ATA stated that the labour charges are for the violations during MCO instead of the recent scandal. They let foreign workers with expired permits overstayed while they supposed to send them back before the closing of borders.

SunnySunshine, cooperation with Andy Hall is definitely good for long term survival. It seems like ATA going for the opposite direction, company dignity. However, if we look at Natural Fruit Company LTD which get reported by Andy Hall back in the years, it's not looking very good.

I don't hear any rally on ATA though, most trade volumes belong to other volatile stocks like Sapura. Seems like ATA is not so much in the spotlight after few weeks.
