Andy Hall just keep changing the issues and shifting the goalpost. His and Ananthalakshmi's actions are bordering on extortion. And it is trite that extortion is both a tort and a crime and whichever party that is complicit will also be liable.
"Johor police confirms that until today no police report was received on a former ATA IMS Bhd worker who was allegedly assaulted during an interrogation." - Johor police chief, Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay
"Nevertheless, we take note of this issue and will conduct an investigation if what was reported (by Reuters) exists," he said in a statement, here today. - Datuk Seri M Saravanan, Malaysia’s Minister of Human Resources.
I visited the workers accommodation and found it to be in a satisfactory condition. I have also held a discussion with ATA IMS’ management as well as met general workers during this visit.
While I welcome feedback and criticism, I urge all parties to be fair and to await the outcome of investigations before making accusations. – Dec 11, 2021
p.s. Imagine a situation when someone post pictures of an unhygienic and cramped hostel rooms and allege that those belong to Cocoaland. In addition, the same person will point out that Cocoaland's EPF contribution is only 5% instead of 12% and that the workers are forced to work overtime.
So Cocoaland's share price takes a dive to 50 cents.
Not having gotten what he wanted, the blackmailer further alleges that Cocoaland's products are not halal.
Should Cocoaland's share price dive to 25 cents of Monday? Hmmmm, maybe.
NatsukoMishima Thought everything settled already but suddenly get charged from MOH , monday sure diving to 25 sens ! 11/12/2021 4:34 PM
Valuation is not so straight forward for a company that is being extorted.
Many people think glove companies will go bust, even Top Glove.
However, I think TG will not go bust. It's share price will just eventually drop to 0.50 .
Funnily, TG has yet to follow the market efficiency theory.
Lucifer999 Too late damage is done. Share price will just reflect based on this. Stock market is not court not about justice or issues 11/12/2021 10:15 PM
We complain so much about labour conditions in Xinjiang. Little do we know there are many mini Xinjiangs in our own backyard for provocateurs to exploit.
Wait for limit up... currently still negotiate with Dyson... another 2 B project coming ... many naysayers defame ATA to buy cheap ??? Don't wait until RM 1 only chase yar
I'm holding. ATA has the capacity to attract other clients, esp. Dyson's competitors.. their company also is not just limited to Dyson parts. Right now, It's at an amazing discount. You want 5-7x, better buy now
Why investors in I3 Forums always want to argue to see who's the best, lol? I just want to engage in a rational discussion. Apparently, people support the theory of limit up, because of rumors of new customer sources, support of government on new labour forces and etc. It's not like this is a risky rally on TopGlove. Ya, that's what I observed.
man this business still got hope, its not a speculative company. it HAD a real business partner not those MOU companies with multiple proposals + fund raisings
I am still waiting for Andy Hall's comments. However, he's still remaining silent towards MOHR and ATA's newest response. Not even a Twitter retweet of the news. Usually, he responds rather quickly on such matter.
Wow many satay sellers here more smoke than sales. Remember almost all their sales are dependent on Dyson. Come 30th June 2022, sales will collapse, right now they are at the mercy of Dyson, price bargaining position is zero. Still can survive? Anyone here can come up with a good & convincing argument otherwise than my thoughts?
technical side, as long it doesnt break below 0.45 its all good fundamental side, theres hope for new business partner it still has machinery the down side, dyson was 80% of its revenue failure to find a major business partner its price would be around this level
Noted on technical chart, but with no good news, pretty soon it will have to drop below 45 sen unless owners are willing to defend the support level.

Despite rumors stating that VS and SKP will split the Dyson's pie, their shares still remain stagnant rather than recover from Andy's touch. Nobody dare to touch the ESG business for a lot now.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
