The Board of Directors of EW Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 February 2016 acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1/- each representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Hara Kecil Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1135594-U) ("HKSB") for a total cash consideration of RM2/- (Ringgit Malaysia Two) only ("Acquisition”).

HKSB was incorporated on 17 March 2015 as a private company limited by shares under the Companies Act, 1965 and it is currently dormant.

Following the Acquisition, HKSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of EW Berhad.

This announcement is dated 29 February 2016.

EWI news is limit for now :
-Proposed initial public offering (IPO) of US$500mil before end-Feb.
-Focuses on projects outside Malaysia.
-Set a target to raise RM2bil in its IPO.
-Eco World Development Group Bhd taking up a 30% stake upon the listing.
-EWI was in the process of submitting its IPO application to the SC, which it hopes can be finalised in the first half of 2016.

The rally will come baby,now sector bank already push,next property next construction,the wheel same every year election,March April very good push,oil will up higher,sentiment will good,just buy n keep,for me in 3 week price will move,counter glc will move ,property n construction my Favourite now,some property already start movement volume,rally election will come,I think 1.25-1.30 good buy,
