Chang khim wah and eco staffs still being sue by wintoni for share manipulation and breach of shares take over rules, reprimand and jail etc. The culprit Yap Kok Weng chicken rum sold shares and went hidding but Chang and gang sti there and cannot get out because share suspended, eco staff become criminals no mood how to go up.

2016 also is not a good year for property.
But...Ecoworld can keep.
But ...it climbs slow slowly.
This counter is for long term.not suitable for short term!

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 5): MIDF Research has started coverage on Eco World Development Group Bhd ( Valuation: 1.10, Fundamental: 0.85) with a “Buy”rating and target price of RM1.88.

In a note today, the research house said Eco World was a property developer with gross development value (GDV) of RM81.16 billion

The research house said FY15 sales higher compared to peers’ estimated sales.

“Superior earnings growth against peers.

“Undervalued as its current valuation is 1.26SD below mean Price-to-RNAV

“Buy with Target Price of RM1.88,” it said.

Project BBCC, joint venture between Ecoworld, Uda Holdings Berhad and EPF. Between, listing of Ecoworld International is also just around the corner, 1st quarter of this year. Hopefully, U.S and China market side could calm down abit, then we should see some push up soon. Today technical wise also look nice there, bullish tweezer pattern.
