It is a good chance to collect if you are an investor. I strongly believe that this year Ecoworld can bounce back to 1.45-1.5 but I am not sure when it is. We can refer to the stock airasia also dropped from 2.0+ until lowest 0.80 in previous year. But there is really a best time to enter if you believe the company and know what the business of company is running. Many speculator is following trend and they will rare to make big money. If you are an investor, just buy it and waiting the ROI of company that you invest
