华人公司我也有败家的，这无可否认，不过那种族很多时候都有拿拐杖的习惯。比方说，人家IOI 和KLK 年年都赚钱，fgv 竟然大亏好多年;人家大众越做越大，有些还是原地踏步。懒就是有个赖人的心，整天等人来救。我以前做过小生意，90%是马来顾客，表面风光，名车珠宝，没钱时就靠拖账过活，整天就是想怎样坑人！

我当初会掉入ECOWORLD的圈套，是我在他们的directors board看到了Lim Lam Thye 的名，说老实的 我很几敬佩他 ， 还有的是 报社和分析师都说的好 ，所以就被套了几个月。

@4453. 很多时候我很喜欢竊听老股民和朋友小声讲的俏俏消息，几乎都是百发百中的，虽然时间长些。对于那些股民大声强推的股项反而一点兴趣都没有。好康绝对不会整街人都知道的！

有些老板很聰明，公司大了就上市，前几年业绩还不错，之后大举借贷说开创新市场，广大产房，买地之类，其实是在中饱私囊。后来就年年亏损，搞什么私配，附加股，到最后还是欠债权人和银行一屁股债，然后就说引人新股东之类，趁机推高股价，溜之大吉。结果股价一跌再跌，债主们就天天上门討债，搞到最后债权人和银行变成大股东。大马股市还蛮多这些例子的。买到这些股票不死才怪！

老板，基金，投行，债权人，银行，他们永远都是赢家，口袋都塞满钞票，因为他们知道公司实际的状况，知道离开的时机。可怜的就是广大的散户们傻乎乎的在期待，有些还沾沾自喜自称自己是公司的小老板呢！股市四，五十年都是在重复同样的招数，只是公司名字不一样而已！

今天我研究了一天 我发现 Ecoworld 在bloomsberg 的数据并不差 PE =16. Debt to asset 36%. 不差的表现啊! 就是不不能上? 你说怪吗？
