Believe Eco World is now facing cash flow problem.

Don't believe check with its main con and suppliers.

Alternately peruse its annual report when it is out next year to see FCF and current liabilities, if you so wished to get confirmation.

For the time being, stay away from Eco World.
It acquired land bank for development 3 or 4 years ago at prevailing price, that is to say, land cost is never come cheap and interest charges going to kill..........

As what i know, certain company is having a very cunning and dirty tricks to hold their contractor bills up to minimum 6 months or max. 2 years. Their excuses always the same e.i. disputes on the invoice amount where additional work done are involved. Unless the project is a turn-key project.

吃饱饭了，再来故事。然后呢，股价就在那里徘徊了两个月，有些铁粉和对敲的朋友们就开始不耐烦了，调整期要来了，等跌回20%再买回，大家就慢慢出货了，股价开始回退一点，大家卖得更凶了。几天后股价突然大起，逼近2块了，大家都不信它还会上，赶紧大卖特卖。奇怪，股价好像越卖越起，连破.2.5 ,3.0 ,3.5的关口。当大家都说太高了，已经脱离基本面时，突然传来香港李超人，马云有兴趣入股公司当大股东，这时候大伙们后悔了搭上豪华游轮，大家争先恐后乱买了，还是几百几千粒买进，股价狂奔4.00大关！

你说的不就是股市五部曲吗？

第一步曲：酸溜溜地看着股价从五毛起到块半，想想涨了一倍因该会回调。

　　第二步曲：失望因为回调没有出现，股价还起到两块！

　　第三步曲：生气的是上升趋势还没有停止！

　　第四步曲：疯狂的看着股价一路向北直逼三块半！

　　第五步曲：认同春天来了，雨过天晴了。于是，机不可失，时不再来，于是一路从三
块半狂追到四块。

这时，历史重演了。

不过有些股，股民收了半辈子也不会起的，例如成功集团，马联，第一控股。
二，三十年前，我的旧同事跟我说，他买了第一控股，当年2.20，共20粒。他打算等他的两岁女儿长大后出嫁时卖了来当嫁妆。不懂他是否有卖，如果有，也太寒酸了吧！

几个礼拜没有来这里了，1.34均价到现在一年半了。承包商收不到钱是正常的，你要接大场工，就要顶的被拖，不然ecoworld的工大把人要接。你要快转现钱，发展商就叫你选几间eco sanctuary的super bungalow 来contra.钱肯定收到的，迟或早而已。

一大清早就把全部的iwcity清掉了，有钱进袋就行了 不要太贪，人往往就是给贪害。惨！前几天iwcity里的董事已抛售公司的股，跟作来就是大老板出面澄清 跟作来戏就演完了。为什么老鬼宣布BM重启计划时 老林不出来澄清呢？
