My entry price is RM0.58, and I'm still holding it. Is it risky? I still believe it will climb up more than RM0.60 soon like it used to be. Hope I'm right.

PNB,KWAP,EPF,Khazanah, Tabng Haji all own property stocks. If properties do well, construction, steel, cement, engineering,banks etc will all do well. More dividends from ASB, ASN, TH,EPF,etc. It's too attractive not to allow Hongkies to come. No threat to the 20 million Malays Bumiputra even if 500k Hongkies come.Chinese will only increase from 6 million to 6.5 million. Somemore, PN is Malay government. PNB 118-storey Merdeka Centre, Bandar Malaysia & TRX will be occupied if Hong Kong moves their financial center here. Win-Win for all. EPU knows this. MCA Wee Kah Seong can push for this to happen.
@Macho008 Don't sell at loss since you already at top. Wait for the price re-trace back. Might be 0.44-0.465. Then average down to lower down your purchase price. It will go up back to 0.65 but takes time or even higher. Might be a month or if lucky next week. I do feel sad when someone stuck at top which i had this experience before when first started on trading. My experience when the market crash last march, i bought dsonic at 1.10, price crash till 0.6, cut losses at 0.9. See the Dsonic price now. if you have the holding power and bullets, average down if possible. If don't have the holding power, always cut loss at 8%.
@Ashmira, thanks for your concern. I have divided my capital for this particular share into 4 batches. I just used the first batch, there are another 3 to play around, of course, for long term.

Previously ppl said the share price will drop less than 0.30, no ppl buy property, bank cut the loan, and buy this share need to wait 2-3 years.

Beside, if government want to stimulus economy, the faster/direct/easy way is to save construction and property. And try to launch all MEGA PROJECT.

Look at the residential overhang percentage in 2019 actually drop about 1%++ which means that HOC and cut opr play a important catalyst into boost the property market.

Construction & Property is a must sector to boost the economy. The worse is over. With HSR and ECRL continue. The construction should very busy and property player can do with HOC campaign to promote buying. And the government with latest economy stimulus next coming should provide more incentive to attract buyer & investor
