when China big time investors r coming with big capitals , who built condo, apartments n high rise skyscrapers in ten of thousand units , our local cos get can't get near to them in terms of capacity and financial backings, it will be too difficult to compete unless these investors chose to pull out ; the possibility is there but look likely it will not happen at the point of time.

I see aggressive launch advert in London with Ballymore started recently. Also open gallery in Singapore.

Sure they will be the big bro again in this industry.. but expedite expansion, aggressive landbank acquisition, intensive brand marketing, luxury township landscaping... $$$$ .... Their balance sheet will take time to be good and attractive to fund managers even they can achieve awesome sales in near term...

for eg: like the company offer some shares to their own staff or workers for bonus @1.62, some of them may throw out quickly for cash back early in the morning. Just hold. Supporting level should be near @1.62 unless there's another private placement coming. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
