1) 很好的Q3业绩，赚了1677万，东南9个月赚4387万，eps=10.43sen nta=Rm2.34
2)看来全年可赚5400万 ,eps=12.8 sen 取股价=RM2。00 PE=15。6
tnlogis wc=Rm 1.40 估计至2014年底可到达.
3)现 Rm 1.36的价位, 本益比(pe)才 10.6 倍 ,很明显是被低估了,值得買入.
4)0.735 sen 加码 tnlogis wc 哈哈

有发展的公司才有借款,相对的净利也大副度上升.对东南我有信心,
公司的公主港公寓早己售完,其他的厂房也有很好的销售,未来更有自己的酒店,
因此未来收入会稳定.

erkongseng i totaly agree with u.....price drop cause some people sell demand supply like this 1 u see the amount of share that is sold at low price, volume so low some more normal to drop will rise later on...is the stock undervalued?
