No fortune bulls, you din read properly. It has marvelous results previously due to property as I highlight before. This quarter down actually is its construction finish Liao. No more new projects, so everything go back normal. It's core competence , logistic still in very healthy growing. Read the report carefully. Not because of what diesel thing.

Also, ten logistic I think good position. It's cof is ard 70mil every yr. divide by fully diluted shrs, 482mil, still churning 11% which is healthy.

even if big player selling now....they may buy back also...the volume of tnlogis is vr unstable...this share have fundamental (if drop just hold longer)....my way is understand the trend and buy low sell high...

My strategy is not good for contra players, I had said many times. I buy and hold for 3 to 6 months.
Petrol price just reduced in last 2 months. I want to review next quarter result to decide next course of action.
My cut loss point is 10% drop from purchase price.
I think logistic company will do well after petrol reduction. Technical chart is good.
TNLogis is still trading at PER < 10.
Final decision is yours.

I agree with OTB, Fortunebullz. Afterall, its core competence area-logistic still in good growing path. With lower fuel prices, it can be good result at least Q1 2015. Yet, we have to take note that property development might not be a recurrent thing, also have lower expectation for results

The next quarter result will be explosive! With diesel price far lower in January and February, this will be reflected in coming quarter! Tnlogis foray into property market is perhaps to unlocked their landbank! But be reminded tnlogis is leader in logistic business!
