Quite unthinkable biggest shareholders PNB and Amanah would feel easy seeing share values wiped out more than 50% based on year high of 1.72. After 3 continuous trading weeks of sliding, it will have to bottom out somewhere. Where is the bottom is everybody's guess. Most would agree when the trend reverses, would be a strong one. jackson88, i hope i am not influence you, but that's just my view, my observation on the market. Even the mahsing boss also few years back, want to diversified, maybe he is an opportunist person, or he is just simply can read the property trend earlier than normal people will see.
As for KnifeEdge, i am not against you, but sometimes, that's the important having huge money, they have already and hopefully well diversified, if at the end of the year they still manage to get 15-20% return, or their portfolio still positive, they dont see this as a big problem. that's my view.

ike i said, this quite an attractive price, but the overall sentiment, i hardly find a good hint as a booster for the market. I might be wrong, and sorry if my words offend anyone here. because, i dont know, i think i have already facing the market quite some time, some time i tried to find logic in any price movement, but for me there is no logic in market. if you say it's too bullish and will make an adjustment, nope, they dont, you say it's strong support, but it can easily break support. find it in fundamental analysis also won't do much different. but there're many things that can be learned, and am still learning

Finally green today. Holding well 0.8. Such a mouth watering price. 0.8 is so much better compared to many who bought higher. Will be a pain to miss.

Seems like the selling spree, continuously after three weeks, has finally come to an end (at least true for now) or losing momentum. Need to sacrifice a lot of cheap tickets to continually throw at this price 0.80. Not be too long, some savvy Investors will deep pockets, will just scoop out prices NEAR this level, a valuation most valuers would agree, overdone. Anyway, there is always risk in shares, only "play" with extra capital vs life depends on it capital.

Eager to wait and see, whether there will be v- shaped or u-shaped rebound in share price, or it will continue to gradually slide until real bottoms. We have all the time on our side, but the players dont. That's our key advantage. From now on, the show may be getting more interesting. 0.80 seems to be at a cross road, confused itself which way to turn :).

This same tactic also happened around 0.90... I will not collect again at this point. If seller is keen to sell, better to collect around 0.70. Anyway, if move up, also no problem, as long as got profit is good enough.

The price cannot drop forever, unless it is a loss making (with continuity and eventual delisting concerns) or a fraud company, but this is a profitable and great developer which properties are much if not most loved by Malaysians. Though the dividend records in the recent past years are less encouraging due to uncontrollable Covid situations, coming years hope will be better. When the selling spree has finished, the share price will find its bottoms in time. Lets hope 80s will be the bottoms and breakout to Rm1.0 soon.

Award winning but the share price drop significantly even before covid in 2019. Really couldn't think of any near catalyst with the current high inflation environment, interest rate hike and high level of hangover properties. Debt level of the company is high too.
