No wonder TEXCHEM lost steam. The half-yearly results are not that good. Anyway an interim 5 sen per share dividend is proposed. O.K. lah. albukhary mentioned a lot of goodies but none came to pass.
Ya... I underestimated the impact of GST. But anyway, it is always good to have another 5 sen dividend. Annual dividend yield is almost 10% (10sen + 5sen)
no need sell house. just collect more when it drop. invest responsibly, take care of your family first. after the water is calm it will rebound. you will thank me if you have a longer horizon.

Already declared 15 sen dividend n now another 10 sen. Total 25 sen. Share price now 1.78. Dividend yield is 14%. Where to get this in fixed depsosit? still a good buy. Whether privatize or not doesn't matter.
