Total RNAV above 5.00 per share due to the 5 billion land value of its 4900 acres of total landbank...If u check on its balance Sheet under Non Current Asset, Land held for development is listed ard 730 mil on book value and most of its landbank hasn't been revalued till now...So it has rose almost 6 times higher fm 730 mil at book value...Hence 0.98 NTA X 6 times= 5.88... Almost 6.00 REVISED NET ASSET VALUE compare to current dirt cheap price of only 0.23...So most of its landbank was awarded during Mahathir time at super cheap price...At today's value its massive landbank net worth has risen more than 6 fold... At 0.23 it is also trading at a huge discount to its Net Asset Value of 0.98...Mkland Mkt Cap is ard 278 mil at today's closing price...its 55 acres of Setiawangsa land combined with its land in Kedah is already equivalent to its market Capitalisation of 278 mil...The remaining 4.3 bil worth of land is all free for you if you buy at current price...Tis might sound crazy to you, but I m telling you the truth if you all are still ignorant...
It is either u buy Earnings or Asset...Earnings will fluctuate BUT Assets and land will remain steady n solid in any cycles of economy...in fact land value will rise over time and earnings will decrease when recession comes...Mkland is fully an Asset Theme Play...MK has weak earnings but massive undervalued landbank that will last the company for the next 20 yrs to come if fully developed...

For the coming 2019 budget which should be announced tis coming Sept, I ve predicted the Govt will allocate huge funding to develop Perak State which could rope in Mkland and KLK for mega housing multi billion projects in Perak...Owner of Mkland n KLK are now member of the Perak State Economy Advisory Council...Tis two big companies to my wild guess will surely joint venture to develop Perak State massively...Not to forget MK is sitting on 4000 acres landbank across Perak...Next week will be yet another exciting week as wise investors wil surely pick up the stock at low price before what I have predicted turns into reality...It is a new optimistic beginning for Mkland thanks to the New Govt under Tun Mahathir...Wise or not wise, you need to decide soon!!!
Everything tat is written n predicted about Mkland must be fulfilled and come true from the Day Tun Mahathir is elected PM of Malaysia...Its close Connection with Tun should never be ignored for long...Now we just need to see a massive huge project injected into Mkland by the govt that will surely add fire to the fuel...For a landowner of such massive 4920 acres landbank with Zero Gearing, 0.25 is just ridiculous low and unbelievable...At least with Zero Gearing, investors are sitting comfortably without the fear of any Right Issue cash call or land acquisition that will erode shareholders value...When u buy Mkland u will be entitled to their 5 billion worth of land without any debts burden as the company is close to Net Cash Position...Any land disposal in the future will augur well for Shareholders in the form of resumption of Dividend Payment...
I already said dun put on too much hope on here MKland cannot up even got good news or what so bla bla bla because I mention b4 the problem is not about those the reason is Mkland stop giving dividend even Mitra laso give 2sen , glomac 3sen LG 1.5sen sntori SHARE BONUS , trop give bonus plus dividend , Tambun4.7sen , mahsing matrix all got dividend , so what the hell qr keep improve Mkland with good results no dividend . so maximun is 27sen then stop untill how many years ?
