now puc price 24sen .
so mkland now consider 1000% better than puc last time .
mkland management no help so now is the bad timing for mkland
but just be patient

Hi guys , actually now I dun dare to talk cock at mkland , because this mkland really KO me
actually for me my expert maximum is bottom25sen
but now lowest 0.215, I also admit I was wrong
but as I know mkland got lands and jobs so I still hold my share when I bot at 30sen
now loss about 37%
I have about 30 k * 37% about loss 11,000 thousands ringgit
11000 quite sad
so I just say all the best enough haha

Though it might rebound, but the near term outlook I still predict a global market crash tis year similar to the 2007-2008 great depression...I still believe Mkland will drop below 0.18 tis year due to Global mkt crash...Good luck and anticipate tat the worst is gonna hit Bursa soon...

If investors have faith with Mkland, no amount of negative comments n outlook can shake their stronghold in Mkland...I m here to give comments I don need someone to sell cheap to me as there are plenty other property counters much more better than Mkland tat has lousy profit earnings...Mkland said wanna slowdown n be cautious with new launchings to minimise poor take up...Then how come LBS n even Ecoworld despite property slowdown still proceed with massive projects exceeding 2 billion GDV for 2018...Bcos they are confident and bold and aggressive while Mkland always in the comfort zone even when property mkt was having bullish few yrs back...Mahsing also proceed with aggressive launching for 2018, only Mkland lagging behind!
