Mkland net tangible assets is RM1.00 & share price 0.28cts only. Just collect as much as you can when market open next monday.

With Net Tangible Asset of 1.03 and RNAV of more than 2.00, Mkland is still deeply undervalued even with the recent price spike...Under the NIMP plan announced by Anwar recently, MK's planned industrial development in Lembah Beriah should be able to kickstart soon as more foreign companies will come to invest in Malaysia, thus the need for industrial properties will be on high demand...Reiterate BUY!

MK land is now my 2nd largest holdings in my Bursa Portfolio. My average cost is around 30-33 sen. I bought another 300,000 at 6.5 sen in March 2020. That was the day Bitcoin crash by 40% intra day.

Mkland has established and entered into MOU with Majuperak to Build giant Floating Solar Farm in Perak dated today 03/10/2023...Mkland will surely shoot to the sky tomolo testing the 0.30 again...No wonder for the past few days, there were active accumulation at 0.24-0.25 though the market was very weak...Mkland shall return back to its former glory this time riding on Renewable Energy and property...1.00 target price can be achieved in 2 years time...

Immediate resistance is at 0.275

2300 acres of land in Lembah Beriah if successfully executed and developed into industrial development park should keep Mkland busy for the next 15 yrs to come...They must have allocated 700 acres for Solar project to supply power to the soon to be developed industrial area there...So it is 100% clean and Green Industrial Park powered by Solar Renewable Energy...Can't wait for Mkland to announce the mammoth project soon ...

Mkland definitely hit the sweet spot as beneficiary of New Industrial Master Plan NIMP 2030 and NETR plan...NIMP 2030 augurs well for Industrial Development in Lembah Beriah and more Solar RE projects under the NETR plan....

But very obvious Nick, MK share price is intentionally lowered down to maintain at 0.245, maybe due to accumulation by certain parties at low price...

Verbatin, Dato Faris Yahaya CEO of Mkland stated from the headline above that 2300 acres to be developed into industrial properties while 700 acres to be reserved for Solar development to supply Solar energy to the location...I also read from other headline fm Felina Mustapha Kamal that "Kawasan Perindustrian Ringan" akan diwujudkan di Lembah Beriah tidak lama Lagi...So I believe it is set to be launched soon!!! Calling all comrades to acquire early before it rises above 0.30 soon...BUY!

Northern Perak is the right spot both to Develop Industrial properties and Renewable Energy farm as Mkland has nearly 4000 acres of land there...All these combined have positive catalysts to move Mkland higher in coming mths...Reiterate BUY!
