It looks like controlling shareholder has sold out close to 36% equity to third parties. Is there a possibility of
general offer? Time will tell! In the meantime, let us observe how the new investee(s) will conduct themselves
with reference to Prlexus market share.

new big shareholders YB Venture has collected 44,033,000 shares or 16.48% of the total shares via its subsidiaries Yi-Lai Marketing & Yi-Lai Industry. This shows that something is brewing otherwise they won't buy in so much regardless of the price (up to >80sen). That means they know the future value of Prlexus is definitely more than 80 sen. Guys, keep the shares and don't sell yet. It is not the time to sell yet.

in fact, I think YB Venture is still collecting from the open markets. Let's watch for the Bursa announcement for the next couple of days/weeks.
