1. Joint Venture with Wilmar in Sabah only , not included Indonesia .



2. Asset Disposal in Sabah for RM 248 million is not only Sales of 2 pc of Land , also included a Palm oil Mill .



3. Wilmar Joint Venture on Refinery Mill which TSH supply materials with Payment Term 10 Day .. But in Latest Annual Report is stated Normal Credit Term is not exceeding 12 month.

Well, big fund keep small amount of net buy in while most retailers are selling. LMAO. Dont behave too greedy....u never know what banker will do. It seems like scammer now wanna push it up later. But, let c how it go after the peak demand season.
TSH is not a pure palm oil with down line, they have lot of other operating business. And the cpo doesnt affect much of it overall profit while next year mandatory foreigner EPF and min wage 1.8k will increase their operating cost to about 20%

He was actively buying Tsh shares in year 2022.

Everyday in those times he bought 500,000 shares of Tsh from open market ranging from Rm1.09 to Rm1.79

And then he bought all the way down from Rm1.79 to Rm1.09 and still holding every share he bought - totalling 342 million Tsh shares now

So we hold as well

Something new is starting in Tsh

Last month Tsh appointed form CEO of Ijm Plant Vela Tan to spear-head more planting of new oil palms on the remaining vast lands in Indonesia

Very well choice as Tsh lands in Indonesia are located near to Ijmplant lands in Sabah, Bulugan, Ikn Nusantara as well as Sumatra.

As pioneers Leaders of Tsh, ijmplant and Klk started their ventures in oil palm long ago together

So Vela Tan know full well all the operations over there and the best candidate to help push Tsh's expansion

So Tsh now has very good leadership

Who knows? If Klk could offer to take Ijmplant private Rm3.10 (our buy call was Rm1.86)
Klk might one day offer to take Tsh private as well at a much higher price

When we spoke to Mr Shane, Spokesman of Ijmplant (circa 2021) he said all palm oil planters should be very happy as Cpo prices crossed Rm4,000 then

We bought Ijmplant at Rm1.86

After Klk failed to buy those prime Bongan lands from Tsh Klk quickly offered to take Ijmplant private at Rm3.10

If ijmplant is worth Rm3.10 then by same yardstick Tsh should be worth at least Rm2.10 privatisation price then
Now even worth more after Bulugan turned into Kipi industrial park and Kutai now ikn nusantara

Who knows Tsh appointed Vela Tan (former Ceo of Ijmplant who negotiated the sale of Ijmplant to Klk) might also do some corporate exercise for Tsh

Those who had bought CIMB Bank are laughing to the banks with a capital gain of over 50%, excluding dividends.
