The latest QR is not good and although I am tempting to sell, I still think this is a good company. The net asset and cash balance increase YoY although revenue dorp. Tough decision.

It is normal for stock price to adjust as much as the distributed dividend. It is more a adjustment than drop. I’m kinda surprise it didn’t drop further like last time... it is definitely weird... hmmm...

Not wierd I think. It is showing symptom of strength. I held this stock for 4 years. Usually drop further after dividend but this time I think the lowest it went was 1.69. Think this stock will exceed rm2 closer to the upcoming qtr results.

《FPI 2018年报》

日前，FPI2018年报出炉，蛤蜊也大约翻阅，顺便记录自己看到的，方便日后参考。

由于早前在Q4业绩出炉的时候，已写过业绩，所以此次快速总结一下2018年的业绩。

2018年对FPI来说好坏参半，营业额上涨21%，但因为营运成本上涨和美金弱势，导致这家以出口为导向的公司，净利和税前盈利都稍微下滑。

因此，为了应付成本的问题，FPI在年头全购了Formosa Prosonic Technics Sdn Bhd。根据年报，这项收购可以帮助公司的生产链创造价值，同时可以控制成本。

年报中也提到各种会面对的利空因素，如贸易战、原料价格涨、最低薪金涨等等。但公司坦言，这些都是在控制范围内。为了应付这些利空，公司除了继续成本控制之外，也不忘拓展产能。看回之前的文章，FPI管理层预计明年营业额成长15%，这待业绩出炉继续观察。

至于资产负债表方面，PPE增加8.2%至1亿2815万令吉，估计是收购的公司，旗下的工厂、机器等有所增加。

现金方面增加12.4%，至1亿6780万令吉，换算每股现金为0.68。

应收帐款方面也增加不少，达9千322万令吉，比起前期的8千439万令吉，增加约10%，意味着卖出的货多了，自然该收的钱也多了。

虽然还没收的钱多了，但其收款周转天数却进步至61天，过往是65天，意味着收款的效率进步了。

再来是存货方面，存货增加21.66%，至4千767万令吉。虽然存货增加不少，但存货周转天数依然维持在31天，也就是说行情不错，才会囤更多货。反之，存货如果增加，但卖不出，或存货周转天数变长，才会出现问题。因为电子产品淘汰的速度很快，所以不该存太多货，而且货太多，仓库也是笔花费，这是个人观点。

FPI的现金流非常健康，其营运现金流增加几乎1倍，至6千140万令吉。自由现金流增加至3千840万令吉。自由现金流是扣除所有资本开销（CAPEX）后，剩下的可支配现金。

总体来说，FPI的资产负债表健康稳健，目前就只能静待公司的发展，期待产能的贡献。再来就是期待股息的增加。

而且，美金近来也逐渐走强，或许会为FPI带来一些红利。

对了，FPI迎来一名新的30大股东—冷眼，相信冷眼的加入，为FPI的股东打了一剂强心剂吧。

FPI在Q4业绩出炉后，股价跌至1.8左右，然后派了10sen的股息，除权后的股价调整至1.7，昨天又突然升至1.8，也就是说，长持有的股东，这样平白无故的赚了5%的股息呢。
