Shares buyback now reach 2.7%. Beside dividend 1.5sen there is possibility of receiving share dividend as well. Despite having high borrowing RCE interest income is more than interest expense in the balance sheet. Latest quarter interest income is RM 2.1million vs RM 7K for interest expense, so continuous shares buyback is not a problem as deposits with licensed financial institution remain a high 288million.

If have idle money to spare, can also consider its preference shares that gives preference dividend of 2 sen b4 ordinary shares.

RCE-Cap PA seller only want to sell at 50sen and not liquid. Beside 1.5sen dividend, RCE Cap has chance of getting share dividend and easier to sell.

No mather what price, everyday buy back their share, yesterday buyback 65K, now cummulate 32.42M (2.76% of company share). Propose a final single-tier dividend of 15% in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Sixtieth Annual General Meeting of RCE.
This is good news ???

Today like breakout from 32sen after so long. wploun, I cannot remember which 6 but 4 counters likely to carry out shares buyback almost everyday beside RceCap are Parkson, Hap Seng & HaiO. Among them RceCap is the cheapest in share price.
