order from oversea slowly shifted to vietnam and indonesia which are more stable. order of new extrusion machine from china have to wait for 6m to 1 year plus due to high demand from vietnam indonesia
it's drop maybe because people expected that result must be good, so people buy first to take an advantage. i think, all just wait and see, those who frustrated might throw first. I am not that shock if price will climb back to at least at yesterday's close if not start to go green... maybe they just want to see if the buyer genuine. but off course i am not that happy with that kind of moves, if result was good, better put good performance.
this is quite good that the management has the intention to expand further or they see the strong growth ahead, larger share base is good, as the market cap now only 245m. lol :) good good. More importantly it can attract funds to buy.
For avoidance of doubt, as the Proposed Bonus Issue is expected to be completed prior to the entitlement date of the proposed first and final dividend (“Proposed Final Dividend”) which was announced and recommended by the Board on 29 June 2021 for shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting of LBA, the Bonus Shares will also be entitled to the Proposed Final Dividend to be paid to the shareholders of LBA if the Proposed Final Dividend is approved by shareholders.
Pursuant to Paragraph 6.30(1A) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”), a listed issuer must ensure that its share price adjusted for a bonus issue is not less than RM0.50 based on the daily VWAP during the 3-month period before the application date. For illustration purposes only, based on the lowest daily VWAP of LBA Shares in the past 3 months up to and including 5 July 2021, being the last trading day prior to this announcement, of RM0.8808 per LBA Share, the TARP of LBA Shares after the Proposed Bonus Issue amounts to approximately RM0.5033 per LBA Share, which is in compliance with Paragraph 6.30(1A) of the Listing Requirements.
