Don't think the results will be bad, the acquiring of remaining KESM TEST subsidiary has definitely helped alot in the increase in EPS as seen in the previous two quarters, aided partly by forex gains as well.
and yes, if you look at EBITDA, they actually have lots and lots of cash which will be great for capex.
