this stock is good but I have no interest in it because I am dealing with TMS and SYF-WA. for now I done profit taking with TMS but still on SYF-WA. but BERTAM sure a good one.

I don't know what happen as well. Trying to googling but found nothing. According to kingstock BERTAM is good stock. kingstock maybe you can explain more when you have some time so everyone here can benefit from your analyst and break down :)

I attended their AGM last Fiday 14 June 2013 at Crystal Crown Hotel in PJ.I asked a couple of questions.One related to their list of properties.They had 9 on the list and the MD explained one by one. Until when it came to the land in Cheras. Refer to page numbers 106 and 107, item number 7 of the Annual Report. The size :10.74 acres of land in Cheras. Initially they wanted to develop bungalow units. They have dropped that idea. They are waiting to develop the land for condominiums. I asked why? He told me the land is a short distance to the MRT station. I told him our company is sitting on a platinum mine.He smiled and told me to assume that.The people reading this should be able to decide what is best. You could just buy one lot and keep.Just a suggestion. Company is making money too.
