Bursa has no reason to reject the extension given that this significant milestone made by Sapura.

QR news around the corner.

Negotiation with Oil assets buyer has began last week, news will emerge in days.

More news will announce with approval received for debt restructure, SAP will fast track the structure progress moving forward.

Now depend on how the price will react.

Sapura Energy Berhad (“Sapura Energy” or “the Company”) has received written confirmation from the Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (“CDRC”) that at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the financiers of its approximately RM 10.3 billion in Multi-Currency Financing Facilities (“MCF Financiers”) have provided the requisite approval-in-principle for a proposed debt restructuring scheme (“PRS”). The confirmation marks a significant milestone in Sapura Energy’s Reset plan, which includes efforts to address its unsustainable level of debt and amounts owed to trade creditors.

For the second quarter ended July 31, 2023 (2QFY2024), Sapura Energy reported a net profit of RM42.8 million or 0.27 sen per share, against a net loss of RM2.59 million or 0.02 sen per share for 1QFY2024. Revenue slipped slightly to RM1.14 billion from RM1.17 billion.

SAP earnings is like my nephew salary......5000 / month but in US$ ( american Co )RM 23,000!!!!
As far as I know, most SAP old contracts were around 3.85--3.95-----Now 4.5 average. SAP will be profitable
if ALL platform construction are Done in LUMUT in 2024----DonT talk about Jack-Up Rings ( Golden Goose )

There are no New Contracts awarded, and on the contrary, SHELL cancelled and terminated their Contract........of course, it's a set back.

Are the promoters aware of the higherst Value of total Contracts back in the ole days???? Tens of Billions Ringgit in Contracts.....now barely have enough for a bowl of porridge and that spread over the next how many Trillion years????
