As such, the balance of the Consideration of USD500,000 has been paid by NGY to the Vendor on 20 November 2015. In this regard, the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 20 November 2015.

ktsk88 if I buy Glotec at 7.5 sen and it doesn't go up after buying it. Whereas if I buy Xinghe 1 sen cheaper but can get dividend. Which one is wiser choice?

I prefer Xinghe at 6.5 sen that can give us dividend. 1932 if Glotec your only choice I would suggest wait at 5 sen or below 6 sen.

Ya, Wait a year later when the Gas Drilled .So no more profit, the Value of the counter will drop back to 5cent.

Dont aim for instant profit, glotec is not a goreng counter, will take time to break all resistant.

I don't mind the dividend, because i know the shares can give me high capital appreciation than the few years dividends it payout.

Instaco shares that i'm holding for 3 years without dividend, but as at today it gives me 63% capital appreciation and you can do your maths how much the return per annum. I have not dispose yet because i know it will double again in the coming 2 years.

Last friday is the same...a lot of profit taking and it dropped to 6 sen...many who dare to pick up at 6 sen enjoy the profit...see today....already 7 sen. So just now another round of profit taking at 7 sen. Best time to pick up at 7 sen. If today can close at 7.5 sen, then tomorrow will be 8 sen. Don't miss the opportunity to pick at 7 sen.
