We refer to our announcements dated 12 September 2014 and 17 September 2014 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”).

Unless the context otherwise requires, all expressions used herein shall have the same meanings assigned thereto in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wish to announce that MFSB has on 21 November 2014 received the FiT Approval Certificate dated 11 November 2014 from SEDA for MFSB’s 15MW small hydroelectric power plant at Sungai Perak, Lenggong, State of Perak.

In accordance to the FiT Approval, MFSB is to enter into a REPPA with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) by 16 December 2014. The FiT grants a concession period of 21 years for electricity generation at a FiT rate of 23 sen per kilowatt hour. The FiT commencement date of the concession period indicated in the FiT Approval Certificate is 21 March 2017.
This announcement is dated 21 November 2014.

I lose many in this counter...don't know how now?
No money to average cost...so cost still higher as perviously...
Want save money to buy but realise market bad, earning no easy , saving even hard...
Want cut lose....but after cut all game over...
I really don't know how now.....
4.5c and 5c all are roadblock....so high volume surely big sharks block it... No chance escape, can said 100% trapped by them...

Hi Daniel Goh, what is your average cost now? If around 7c - 8c then i think got chance because when big shark fry again, normally will fry to that figure then you can escape.....
My problem is don't have average cost...
Another problem is already lose so much in this counter, if i really got money on future, do i dump into this counter again? I also afraid...
What do you think?

Goinvest,this counter has good prospects but cannot move bcos those in fontrol suppress it to rid others so that they can collect cheap at 4.5c,i don't like the management here.They are the real culprits who will lose money in their lives bcos they are mean.

Hi Fam Jenny, i agree with you and i also have strong same feeling that " they suppress it to rid others so that they can collect cheap at 4.5c".
Since they got so many volume blocked at 4.5c (buy), 5c (sell)... We totally kena trapped.
When we give up we only can sell cheap...don't give up but still played by them....trapped by them..
I really don't know how now...

They can't trap us forever as they pay a cost too.My friend once told about a stock came down a lot and she said she won't believe it will be at low price forever.It came up and she made some money instead.As long as it has good fundamentals it will be ok.Stockskid says he is coming to buy this stock.
