If the project potential is so great for great profit, the projection profit will be there, not just by you shouting profit here and there, this is how stock potential works, your new project announce, people will estimate great profit, then the share will fly......not when you announce this project, tat project but your stock quiet only means no big expectation......to predict the company will earn great profit within the year.....

The esos isn't immediately exercised. Vesting period usually few years in stages. Employees work for few years if they wanted to exercise their esos . Good. They must work now and stay with the company for few years before being allowed to exercise the esos.
