@aliyusof, no sifu... me just small potato.

compare to Sunreit and IGB. both still gives you a stable up to 5.5 % dividend.
SunREIT cost is absorbing on the building on Sunway Putra Mall (last known The Mall / Yaohan)

Currently IGBREIT is on a good price :) queing at 1.14-1.15 to purchase. great dividend stock.

It's a good time to buy IGBREIT as it's low ad dividend expectation is around August... :D
There is a high chance of (RM1.21 - 1.14 = 0.07) 6.14% gain in 5 months time....
I bought some on IGBREIT today at 1.14

Tomorrow queue on 1.13 to 1.14

Visit Malaysia 2014 cancelled. So retailers no business. No money pay rentals. Rentals rates stagnant. Reits dividend down. Sunreit n Pavreit also much affected. Sell. Sold mine d. Best of luck to those still holding.

kkng0819kk, due to the MH370 sadness incident, government decided to cancel visit malaysia 14. Just announce yesterday. No worry, reit is still the best for long term investment.

Mid valley will be linked to sunway soon,via ktm setia jaya (blt elevated bus lane) shoppers fr. Sunw can access mv easily in the near future!
