if u look at chart, recent peak is 1.38 and resistance is 1.34-1.35. from the chart, i would've expected big road block at 1.34-1.35, not 1.33. someone desperate?

For recent few weeks IGBReit are traded at 1.28-1.31 range. It is normal to have road block at 1.33-1.34. Given the dividend are 4.47 cents before 10% tax. Depending on how much most people get their share. They might want to clear position at 1.32/3 as US Fed meeting will take place tonight.

Technically, RM 1.32 is immediate resistance level, but soon will breaking, heading to next level RM 1.36

IGB REIT’s 2Q15 core net profit of RM65.8m brought its 1H15 core net profit to
RM135.7m. This accounted for 53% of our full-year forecast and 55% of

operating environment in 2H15 due to the soft consumer sentiment.

I recalled that many years ago, IGB was involved in one new mall and the discussion at that time was, when would IGB inject the asset to IGBREIT. couldn't recall the name and when it might happen.

IGB wants to grow the johor mall first so that they get high valuations before injecting into IGBREIT.
in short, IGB gets the growth phase of the mall but IGBREIT gets the dividend phase of the mall.

Correct, i already cash out to realize profit which is equivalent to dividend to be received already. In other word, realize profit now = dividend entitle later, so that i can swap to buy symlife at 82sen for its next coming 5sen dividend.
