Somebody is trying to sell at 1.42. U can see the huge amt of buy orders for 1.41 but the share did not rise. The huge buy orders at 1.41 is probably meant to induce the buyer to buy at 1.42

TF recent selling of Tunepro is not be related to the upcoming quarter result as this may deemed as insider trading. His indirect stake is only down from 30.3% to 29.4%.

The directors have already given notice to deal with the shares in accordance with Bursa rules. So what is the meaning of "deal". To my mind, it is buying or selling or both. It is not insider trading.
Like EPF, they buy and sell to make $$$.

Some ppl take the meaning of "deal" as buy. I do not think it is one way street. otherwise, it would have shot up long ago.

2 Questions all must bear in mind

1) The crash of QZ8501 AirAsia Plane in Indonesia. How did it impact on Tune's Bottom line. A320 plane is insured to the tune of half a billion ringgit? How much liability will Tune Pro bear? Are all the facts revealed? Or are that also hidden somewhere?

2) Why TF dump Tune shares at around Rm1.40 if Tune is worth Rm2.00?

The financial result is good. But the management choose to reward themselves. From the income statement, management expenses increase from 17M to 29M QoQ. Otherwise Q4 net profit would have been more than previous quarter.

Tune was on record as saying the crashed aircraft has been reinsured with other insurers, thus its liability is not. We do not know whether they are other nasty surprises.

Having said this, the bullish setup is no longer here. Better play other counters.
