Please be reminded that there's no guideline from SC or bursa regarding the liquidation period! While it is very likely that you will get back your investment @73sen, it could potentially take up to 6-8 months, in which case it will lower down your annualized return due to longer holding period!

Any idea what is the liquidation price/value as I can’t find it in their annual report?

Shouldn’t it be:

IPO price of 75 sen x 90% cash kept in trust account + interest of say 3% pa x 3 years
= approx RM0.7357 per share

With closing price at RM0.695, Return is approx 5.8% pa in say 6 months

Worth buying guys ??

CLIQ make big mistake! Instead of wasting time looking for QA in Karzakstan, they should have just QA Sumatec. Now CLIQ is dead, that's the price for being foolish! There is a Karzakstan asset right under their nose called Sumatec, but they didn't see it.
