If we were to calculate the returns of mother share i.e yearly dividend received @ 5.8 cts p.a calculating from year 2004,2005,2006,2007 and 2008 for 5 years , then total dividend will be 5.8*5=29 cts .For conversion ratio 1:1 @ 38 cts , that's mean the WA 13/18 should be in the range of price of mother 166-38-29= 99cts . Anything above 99 cts were to be considered expensive ? This is why investing in warrants will be in the losing end . Forget about the difference 2 cts , coz the difference should be 67 cts ? If you are investing , better avoid warrants totally . 2 cts advice..

Limayseng: usually ppl hold warrant for higher return in percentage even though the increment in value(cent) r almost d same for both mom n son but in term of percentage it is largely different. Coz warrant divide by lesser capital

I do think so.. No share can go up forever without correction. Just be careful. Should be ok for those holding long term. Look at previous streak from 1.30 to 1.60, subsequently corrected 10%+ before moving up again to this level.
