As for Wce which was Keuro at 27 sen my buying price last time. Wce is not cheap. A cheaper buy would be Bpuri which owns the LATTAR highways

Petronas bought lands alienated by Johor Govt to Petronas at Rm8.00

They got these lands from mphbcap at 90 sen and resold to Petronas for Rm8.00

That's why Mphbcap is sueing for more.
I think should just let the matter rest.

After all it was Petronas that opened up RAPID. And Govt built the new highways leading to Mphbcap's 1,800 acre lands and help unlock and increase their value manifold.

true a lot of land owner who bought in pengerang or renggit. just 3 acres. is damn hosei liao. one guy owns 3.5acres in renggit. collected 18months rent. state force took over his 2 acres land at rm6mil. yet include 18months rent and remaining 1.5acres. he is not smart but neither do he need to work anymore.
