The adjustments will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll and By-laws to mitigate any potential equity dilution resulting from the Proposed Share Split to ensure that the status of the existing holders of the OutstandingWarrants and Outstanding ESOS Options are not prejudiced after the Proposed Share Split.

The details of the actual adjustments to the Outstanding Warrants and Outstanding ESOS Options shall be announced at a later date and shall be set out in a notice of adjustments to the holders of Outstanding Warrants and Outstanding ESOS Options, if any, which shall be despatched within stipulated period as provided in the Deed Poll and By-laws respectively

I assume the conversion price would be about rm1 ie 1/4 original conversion price rm4.
the warrant price would be a quarter -ie about 0.30 (based on say rm1.2 before splitting). The price of mother share would be about rm1.05 (based on rm4.2 b4 splitting)

根据《彭博社》资讯，自大选以来，马股惨遭拋售，市值蒸发了330亿美元（约1335亿5900万令吉）。这引起了1家日本投资机构--日兴资產管理的注意。

日兴资產管理基金经理邓肯尼（译音）表示，马股部份银行股、消费股和医疗股已经跌至诱人水平。
