Next week I plan to write to Icon to complain why PNB can invest in loss making UMW OG, why they can't invest in cheaper and profitable Icon since former Icon CEO Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad will become new PNB CEO. Anyone here want to join me? Best is can e-mail directly to Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad but I don't know his e-mail address. http://iconoffshore.com.my/contact-us/posts/
may be bottom is now settling in since sona petroleum closed down, then cliq energy closed down, and now perisai petroleum very close to closing down... less player more margin
Agree. Less players in O&G mean more business for Icon.

every time when i buy my teh tarik in the morning i will buy a bit of icon as the price is just so cheap... below teh tarik pricing, this is also not a penny stock but one of the largest companies
Petronas will not take over icon and alam..except if forced by the government. That again, petronas is struggling to raise cash for its operation and pay dividend to government.
guys, why should PETRONAS takeover icon? to speakup there is no such thing as merger even if icon wants it ; nobody wants to merge with icon. a company is good if the performance is good. here icon could hardly manage itself with the current fleet and poor maintenance of its vessel. In O and G performance and HSE is the criteria .PETRONAS don't give out contract just because you are a government company. it is based on performance.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
