Last time not many people believe MALAOFF will b penny stock. Now not many like to buy even below 0.90. Last week it dropped like no hand brake. This week it up to touch 1.00 don't know because of what. Is there any pending news going to release but suddenly postponed because of bad market sentiment? If not, then malaysia boleh

Malakoff is having aggressive share buyback now. 10% of total share is around 500mil.
I am suspecting the company will use the IHI settlement on the share buyback.
If this is true, then the settlement is might be around 500mil, which is reasonable to the 700mil+ they seek in lawsuit.
Else there is no way Malakoff continues to SBB if they need cash for current RE project. We will see it better in the coming quarter whether the company is still receiving money from IHI.
