Malakoff is giving more dividend than its profit.

Its essentially cutting into its future capex for this.

Why not say maintenance of current operating capex is indeed lower than depreciation charge. New plant is to be evaluated on a new case basic. Reduced gearing enable increase of debt for new plants if any. So no issue of cutting capex, got issue oft excessive cash more than reported profit. Acceptable?
