（吉隆坡7日讯）马拉科夫（MALAKOF,5264,主板贸服组）第四季净利低于预期，然而派息有惊喜，分析员下调财测，但看好该公司周息率具吸引力和估值偏低。

马银行研究表示，马拉科夫末季派发3.7仙终期股息，全年派息6.2仙，达致100%派息率，管理层允诺维持100%派息率，因此看好该公司提供逾6%的具吸引力周息率。

管理层允诺100%派息率

艾芬黄氏研究指出，该公司2017年总营运现金达27亿令吉，并手握50亿令吉现金；管理层表示有能力派息100%。基于每年派息低于7仙，因而料不改100%派息率。

“全年派息6.2仙相等于97.2%派息率，显著超出过往60至75%派息率。管理层表示会维持超过90%派息，为股东创造更多价值。”

艾芬说，管理层仍寻找契机促成业务增长，放眼可促成双位数回酬的股本投资；目前正评估大马与中东北非的新发电计划。

马拉科夫第四季净利跌51.54%，至4372万4000令吉，主要是昔加里发电厂低电能付款和丹绒宾发电厂贡献降低拖累，全年亦跌12.8%，至3亿零995万1000令吉。

艾芬指出，末季赚益走低是因丹绒宾能源的营运干扰，导致该季11月与12月未获电能付款。

按照购电协议（PPA）条件，基于非计划停电率（UOR）超过6%（至接近14%），造成1亿零800万令吉的净利冲击。

艾芬认为，尽管上述干扰只在1月杪才解决，预料今年首季不会如去年末季严重，马拉科夫也将提前维修保养以减损失；丹绒宾的电能付款每日200万令吉。

兴业认为其电能供应可在今年次季解决，付款可正常化。马拉科夫各购电协议完好无干扰，预期电能付款平平。昔加里的购电协议费率则受调低。

财测维持

因此兴业调低该公司今明两财政年财测43%与31%，并预期其派息率从60%提高至90%，两财年周息率5.2%与5.9%。

艾芬调低2018与2019财政年每股盈利预测7%与20%，主要考量到低电能付款、低利息收入（高派息率之故）、联号公司贡献减等因素。

In 2015 at an IPO price of 1.80, a 5c dividend implies yield of 2.9%.
Now at 87c, a 6c dividend implies yield of 6.9%.
At current price levels, FY18F EV/EBITDA is below 7x, compared to its peers at 11x
and is at a huge 74% discount compared to its SoP valuation of RM1.54/share.

This reminded me of HLind back in 2016 when it was trading at 6.00 at yields of 4.7% and at huge discount compared to its sum of parts value of 10.00.

Imagine owning a home, where it has 6 rooms being rented out and delivering yields of 6.8% and where total sum of parts of the entire home is less than what u paid for. Wouldn't that be a good deal?

For the past one year history, malakof will fall more than 2x the given dividend amount after ex. ( eg gave 0.035 but will drop 0.07 at least ). Now dividend still pending approval. Need patient
