Aemulus confident new products will drive growth, profitability

Aemulus Holdings Bhd expects to post a profit this year based on the strong business outlook for the rest of the current financial year.

The Penang-based test equipment manufacturer said the growing global semiconductor market and improved global economic outlook will drive its growth.

“We are positive and optimistic. Our latest quarterly results reflect positively on our operations returning to profitability this year,” CEO and ED Ng Sang Beng told The Malaysian Reserve.

For the first-quarter of financial year ended Sept 30, 2017 (1QFY17), Aemulus reported a net profit of RM629,000 compared to a net loss of RM1.9 million in the previous corresponding period, on the back of an increased revenue of RM5.6 million versus RM2.7 million a year ago.

The ACE Market-listed Aemulus reported a net loss of RM2.74 million for FY16, slightly more than a year after listing on Sept 15, 2015.

Based on its latest 3Q ended June 30 results, Aemulus registered a fivefold increase in net profit to RM2.5 million as revenue doubled to RM12 million from RM5.5 million in the previous corresponding quarter, driven by growing demand from the enterprise storage, smartphone and tablet (S

Volatility will create the supply n demand. This will create chances for buyer n seller. And create liquidity. Remember, liquidity will drive share price, that the vital sign. Wz solid fundamental, like solid balance sheet, zero or little Debt, earnings growth prospects, promising business model, n strong management, it is a matter of time, Mr. Market will value its business higher n higher. And all its BODs are holding its shares! So be logically correct n not hopefully correct. Thanks!

I think the big possibility is currently they this price is over their expectation so dump first although the portion they dump is no big compare to their holding but if they think they price still can up do you think they want to dump?

my friend planner from broadcom said actually Q3 tester order is huge but she/he on hold 75%, is because they scared after buy all ,the operation of inari is kelam kabut..resourses problem and 2new plant of inari not yet setting up..so the planner put the order in Q4.. all is because they rushing for new iphone.

The director holding is more than 5% , if they need to inform their selling than they also need to report their buying .

This share is damn volatile ,during Ipo it can surge from 28sen to 57.5sen and had been awarded UMA within 2 weeks of listing ,later tumble back to 16.5 sen just wonder this time it will tumble back to how low

My friend a director of a listed company most of time do not buy or sell shares using his own name.

You will only know what he is holding under his name in company report. But that is only for show.

of course we will only notice he is selling by using his own big name . Since you also mention he will collect by using other name so currently he is selling lowest at .615 so do you think he is going to collect back at .62.The answer is definitely not he will only collect at lower price . So it seem the current price is too high and not worth , so they ran away first and will get it by cheaper price.

These young CEO & COO sold 2.5m of shares, why? they only think of their own pockets and profits, never think of the long term shareholders. so I sold today @.62
Company losing money last year, and yet buy land for 10m and to invest 25m in R&D, why? buy in penang, mau berlagak? spent 25m... jolly kuat this company. how much do they make this year?
not surprise if these young millionaires want to show off.
Why hwang affin's target price@ .15?? do your own research.
