Break - even analysis
Warrantholders may calculate the break even level of the investments in the Call Warrants based on the following formula:
Break even level=Exercise Price + (Purchase Cost(i)+ Exercise Expenses(ii)) X Entitlement
Notes:
(i)This is the amount Warrantholder pays for the purchase of every one (1) unit of Call Warrant in the primary or secondary market, including all relevant transaction costs such as brokerage fees, clearing fees and stamp duty.
(ii)Exercise expenses* for every one (1) unit of Call Warrant is equivalent to
0.3% of 1/Entitlement X (Closing Price – Exercise Price).

The Exercise Expenses are subject to GST at the prevailing rate of 6%. Warrantholders will obtain positive gain if the Closing Price of AIRASIA Shares exceeds the break - even level of the Call Warrants upon exercise of the Call Warrants.
