On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that PTRANS has decided to terminate the Subscription Agreement between PTRANS and Macquarie Bank. PTRANS had on 12 April 2018 issued a termination notice to Macquarie Bank. The termination of the Subscription Agreement shall be effectively terminated after twenty (20) Trading Days (as defined in the Subscription Agreement) from the date of the notice of termination.

This announcement is dated 12 April 2018.

if you notice the owner and his wife accumulated the share recently. PP Terminated due to ? they have other source of fund already ? and company will do share buyback soon (means they have fund).
Seeking further clarification from PTRANS. They didnt mention why PP was terminated.
