Brexit no Brexit has not much impact on Ewint (I know you will knee jerk disagree, but think about it)
all this while the biggest threat is Jeremy Corbyn whose socialist ideology threatens to penalise PLCs and build 100s of thousands of low cost housing (in direct competition to developers like Ewint)
now that JC is out of the picture, the worst is over for Ewint

Boris Johnson too strong, the worst is not over, trade deal with EU another problem, no deal not rule out end of 2020
Now everyone busy goreng Ekovest...looks like today no show...Nvm..I know that Ewint show time definitely will come in near future.. patience is the key for success.
even have price retraction, i guess also within very short period or even not. Don't forget December is period for fund manager to buy best prospect share for next year
UK election results live: Boris Johnson returned as PM after Tory majority confirmed - Brexit uncertainty finally reached 'the end'. EWI return back to radar
Brexit is a slow stew. Conservatives winning majority is only the positive beginning, not conclusion, of the Brexit. Wait for passage of the Withdrawal Agreement next month. Tyyap also said need to wait a few more qtrs and he was hinting 1.50. So do not complain lah, at least HL boss waited longer than most of us here and he bought at 1.20 (anyone here bought higher ?)
"A clear Conservative majority will remove the cloud of uncertainty hanging over the UK economy. With the passage of the Withdrawal Agreement in the New Year, and our departure from the political structures of the EU by 31 January 2020, certainty will be restored and a big economic boost will follow. " https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/12/11/boris-wins-majority-prepar...
If you are willing to hold long term, like 5 or 10 more years, then rm3/rm4 should not be a problem. Dun think HL boss is so cheap, seeing from his past investment style.
Wah, Misai Kucing did some in-depth study on ewint also:
在FY2020,EWINT会建好1,624个单位,比起FY2019交付的736个单位,足足多了一倍。EWINT的海外产业项目认购率都很高,大约在90%左右。 In FY2020, EWINT will complete1,624 units, which is more than double the 736 units delivered in FY2019. EWINT's overseas property project purchasing rates are very high, about 90%. https://klse.i3investor.com/blogs/misaikucing/247613.jsp
Director already mentioned FY2020 is the best year for ecoworld and ecoworld international. What are you waiting for? LoLz 1.00 is the strong support .. will go further to 1.2 in this month
Misai Kucing calculated in FY2020, the 1624 units to be completed is more than double the 736 units delivered in FY2019. If we presume profit increase by 50% in tandem, then eps = 7.8 * 150% = 11.7 sen. PE 12 = 1.40, PE 15 = 1.75. So tyyap target 1.50 is in between, sui sui.
— FY20 will see strong deliveries from ECWI, profit growth is on the cards.
— In FY19 ECWI delivered over 736 property units across 4 key projects and this has contributed to the stronger-than-expected results in FY19.
— In FY20, ECWI targets to deliver more units across 4 projects in the UK and Australia, and management are confident that next year’s profit will come in stronger.
— ECWI also targets to deliver its maiden dividend in FY20.
After result released that day, got ppl short it so someone dun want it to fly first. U all can think why? It is either ppl still want to collect or want to wash out weak holders.

Yes, need wash out weak holders.... Price will usually drop more... As now people concentrate on more Ekovest.. Most of the funds flow Ekovest
In FY2019, 736 units had been handed over, net profit was RM187 million. In FY2020, 1,624 units to be handed over, net profit should be more than RM374 million.
Please note that the selling price of the residential units in Australia which named West Village & Yarra One more cheaper if compared to London City Island, Embassy Garden and Wardian London in UK.
But EWINT holding 100% stake in this two property projects in Australia, so they don’t need to share profit with others.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
