Once The Fourth Quarter Result announce, We will see real UPDATE cover research report of LCTITAN. I personally expect LCTITAN 4th et Profit will increase around 25%-40% compare to the 3rd Net Profit. Thx you.
The third quarter report was announced on 26 OCTOBER 2017. So, forecast in all of us that Coming Fourth quarter report will be announce on 26 JANUARY 2018. Today 10.01.2018, still have 12 market days to go to wait for Fourth Quarter.
打死我都不相信第四业绩盈利不会超过RM230 mil. 要是如果真的接近/超过RM300 mil 盈利, 那么接下来的1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarters of FINANCIAL YEAR 2018 股东们就不需再怀疑LCTITAN 的业绩表现。2018年目标价上面已经提过了,相信我们大家不需再多讲了。 谢谢!
Jpmorgan and their fund applicant could have loss a lot from IPO at 8 foreign fun, then here rm 6. So now is 5.1...... Hahaha if price down I tambah more
According to ChemOrbis, price for PP,HDPE and PET already in uptrend since last week of December 2017.Price for LDPE still downtrend could be due to competition and lots of old stocks.Once the demand outpace supply,LDPE price will follow to go up!
This is confirmed not a conman counter, my factory is nearby I know their story, the water supply issue is real, their strong cAsh power is real, and te3 running is real too... How could 50%dividend not real?
1) Even they distribute the dividend, not sure if the share price will sky rocket... cause it is anticipated by investor already.
2) Although LCtitan has strong cash flow, but i think they are actually still "short of cash" due to planned mega-expansion in Indonesia in the coming few years. Also, their fund raising in IPO was below expectation. Hence, high possibilities that they will need to right-issue (probably 2-3 years later?) for the expansion in Indonesia.
First full year report card in Bursa after relisting. First dividend payout after few hiccups. What will you do if you were LCTITAN's board of directors ? A) Another trust deficit. Not keeping the promise to distribute 50% of profit as dividend B) As expected. Keeping the promise to distribute 50% of profit as dividend C) Regain investors' confidence. Maximize profit payout >50% as dividend
Don't expect 50% payout at Q4 as part of the dividend paid in 1st quarter to initial investor. Anyway, dividend payout is a sure for management due to their strong cash flow and huge cash available on hand. Fund for PP3 project only required on late 2018 or 2019, thus company have no any problem on giving out dividend.
For Q4 financial result wise, we don't expect extraordinary result, result will be the same or little bit better than Q3, due to increase in production cost and TE3 just commercial on 16-Dec-2018.
However, 2018 will surely a great year for LCTITAN, with crude oil price increased brought Ringgit appreciate against USD. This company production cost is in USD, but product selling price is mainly in RM and IDR, this increase in RM and IDR will benefit to company.
Moreover, thanks to TE3 project commercial on Dec, company production rate and utilization rate will increase significantly. In petrochemical industry, these 2 rates determine how high the profit will be.
Naptha price very related to crude oil price, so Increase in crude oil price causing naptha price to increase. In LCTITAN, around 70%+ product material is from naptha, thus increase in naptha price will cause profit margin to decrease. However, following increase in naphtha price, we found that product price increased as well. This reduced the impact of price increased in naptha.
With above situation, in overall, we think that 2018 is surely a good year for LCTITAN.
Believe it or not, this company real value will reflect in its share price from time to time. With steady income and dividend, this can consider a huge black pearl under the sea, just need time to discover.
I personally hope that the net profit for Q4 shall lies between 280 - 320mil....Might disappoint if unable to hit the target.
All scheduled maintenance are done on Q3, Q4 shall achieve high ultilisation rate (excluding TE3); hence the net profit shall match/not far off from previous year's profit.
a) 53% capacity share in polyethylene production and 100% capacity share in polypropylene in Malaysia;
b) 57% capacity share in polyethylene production in Indonesia.
c) Fourth largest producer of polyolefin products in Southeast Asia by production capacity, with a 42% capacity share in olefins production in Malaysia and 29% capacity share in polyolefin production in Indonesia
d) Sole producer of butadiene in Malaysia with a 100% capacity share in butadiene production.
@billionchew, from their latest quarterly report, accumulated of RM120 mil dividend was paid out earlier this year which translate into 6.95 cents per share
