因涉嫌贪污与渎职遭检方起诉的乐天集团会长辛东彬获刑一年八个月，缓刑两年。辛东彬的父亲、95岁的乐天集团创始人辛格浩涉嫌违规经营，被判坐牢四年。

据韩联社报道，韩国首尔中央地方法院今天下午，做出一审宣判。

韩国乐天集团会长辛东彬因涉嫌贪污1700亿韩元（约2.12亿新元）和渎职被韩国检方提出诉讼。韩国检方12月14日提请法院判处韩国前总统朴槿惠“亲信干政”事件核心人物崔顺实有期徒刑25年，检方同时要求法院判处涉嫌行贿的乐天集团会长辛东彬入狱四年。

yes, many china company may refuse to have business with its parent company (Lotte Corp) or related business after Lotte Corp swap a land to Korean government to implement Sade Defense System from US on the land. this included in IPO prospectus.

wrong information, no such blacklist existed.The supermarket chain (98 outlets)operated by Lotte Supermarket,was targeted and boycotted by communist government,and chinese residences had since already shut down 90% last year.

with TE3 project commercial operation on 16-Dec-2017, expect ethylene production increased from 700K TA to 793K TA; propylene production from 379K TA to 549K TA; and BTX production from 155K TA to 289K TA.
