Provided the business nature remains unchanged and its profitability sustained, Binacom should worth around 55 cents/share. With growth of 10-15% per year and sustainability of its business, it should be able to reach RM 1.60/share. Well, the recent quarter in the loss may be worrying though, it may be wiser to monitor its performance in the coming quarters.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 17 October 2019 (which was received on 18 October 2019), approved the listing and quotation of 17,932,200 new ordinary shares of Binasat to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Special Issue.
The approval by Bursa Securities for the above is subject to the following conditions:-
i. Binasat and Kenanga IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Special Issue;
ii. Binasat and Kenanga IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Special Issue; and
iii. Binasat to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Special Issue is completed.
In addition to the above, on behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB also wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia had, vide its letter dated 18 October 2019, approved the Proposed Special Issue.
