hong2 166.....when you assume full conversion of warrants, then you must also assume the additional earnings to be derived from the proceeds of the warrants exercise..... the proceeds will be used for business growth and expansion..... meaning additional profits. Otherwise it's a one-sided calculation.

817065 , yes , I never deny this stock still can grow . However , it is quite expensive at current price when it’s pe is more than 50. 50x pe means the company need to growth more than 50% every year . There are some company is trading at this pe range like QL and yet its earning does not grow at 50% . TOPGLOV is trading at pe of 35x and its earning growth is only 10++ % . So , it is up to the confidence level of the investors towards to the company . I would say revenue is trading at a premium

Yu_and_Mee. PE is not the relevant measure. PEG ratio is the relevant measure. There are many stocks with PE below 5 and they all remain down for years and years. And China stocks listed here all have very low PE..... they are the worst performers. PEG ratio is relevant, not PE ratio.

cytew, you also got the point.That's why the market accords certain companies high PEs and certain companies low PEs. Earnings growth is one key factor, that's why the PEG calculation was introduced as a more reflective indicator than the traditional PER.The market is very efficient, not stupid. Nobody wants to pay a high price for nothing.

i somehow agreed about the view of PE but now market seems to be slightly U-turn. Otherwise, high PE will be at higher risk.
but the trend is downward, don't the risk is higher unless break the downtrend line or wait for higher low to enter?

Yu_and_Mee. Trend analysis is a totally different subject from PE and PEG ratio. For trend analysis, buy when the price trend seems to hit a floor and rebound......
