The pricing of the Share..take Dayang as an example, why it is RM1.94 or should be around there, because the experts said, P/E 8 X EPS 24% = RM1.92 approximately.

BUT the NTA is only RM1.21, why more by RM0.73?

NTA means, you have dismantled the whole company, sold all the assets, paid all the creditors, leaving some balances, and you will divide the balances by the total number of shares, then that's the NTA.

Why not base on the NTA? IF based on the NTA, Solavest can not be RM0.75 already.

NTA is not being used to reflect the market value, because the sellers of the shares are selling a dream/prospect/hope to you today.

Hopefully, The current earning will be at least same as the future ones or even more.

YES, when you buy shares, you actually buying the potential of the company. They don't sell to you at per the NTA.

Your dream may not come true. Sometimes, you were dreaming when buying shares.

That's the risk when investing in shares.
