"For the avoidance of doubt, there is no balloting of applications,” IGB Commercial REIT said.restricted offering of up to 945 million units and an institutional offering of at least 282 million units in the property trust.

HLIB wishes to announce that, following the completion of the bookbuilding process under the Institutional Offering on 2 September 2021, the Institutional Price has been fixed at RM0.71 per Unit offered to institutional investors and selected investors.
" In effect, the shareholders of IGB have subscribed to IGBCR units at an effective price of RM0.40 per unit for the five IGBCR that they obtained via the ROFS and the distribution-in-specie. "
As in theory, they have a gain of RM0.31 per IGBCR (the difference between the effective cost of 40 sen per unit against the reference price of 71 sen), IGB shareholders are sitting on a paper loss of 61 sen per IGB share held before the ex-date.
For those who bought RM1 per share, 2 shares will get 5 shares, price per share RM0.40. For those who bought at 71 sen is 2 shares get 3 shares. 71sen x2/3= 47sen per share, normal IPO subscription. So share price now should be 0.40-0.47. Correct me if I am wrong.
@Foreign_Invest Wrong! For institutions subscriber, 71sen per share.. No bonus shares for them. For IGBB shareholder, although their effective price seems 40sen per share, don’t forget they also suffers the share price drop of IGBB. Let say from average 2.20 to 1.90 now, also losing 30sen. I would say their effective price around 60-70 sen as well. Unless they sold IGBB at higher price much earlier after entitlement date. Question is will ppl willing to sell lower just to cash out?
